Follow-up calls after every job
When we allocate a job, we call the customer afterwards to check the work was up to standard. What they tell us feeds straight into that contractor's rating.
Underperform, and you're out.
If a contractor slips — poor feedback from our follow-up calls, a failed mystery call, or letting their insurance lapse — their standing drops and they get fewer jobs. If it doesn't improve, they're removed from the network altogether. The network is only as trustworthy as its weakest member, so we don't keep weak members.
Good work gets rewarded with more work.
Every member has a live score, calculated by our own algorithm from a range of factors. The higher a contractor ranks, the more preferential their treatment when we allocate new jobs — so the best performers are first in line for enquiries in their area.

A crest can't be bought — only earned. Ranks move as performance moves, so the badge on a member's site always reflects where they genuinely stand today.
